Is anything shipped to me?
No. This is a digital, printable product. You receive high-resolution files to print yourself — nothing physical is mailed, so there are no shipping costs or delays.
What files and sizes do I get?
You get a high-resolution 300 DPI PNG plus a print-ready PDF, in five sizes: 5×7in, 8×10in, A4, 11×14in, and 16×20in. Just pick the one that fits your frame.
How do I print it?
Print at home on nice cardstock, or upload the file to any print shop — Officeworks, Vistaprint, Staples, or your local printer. For the crispest result, print at the original size and resolution.
How does the personalization work?
You tell us the occasion, the recipient's name(s), your chosen tone, and 2–5 personal details — hobbies, how you met, an inside joke, a pet's name. We write an original poem around those details and set it in the design you choose. No templates — it's written for your person.
What styles and tones can I choose?
Six designs — from timeless and elegant to bright and playful — and three tones: Heartfelt, Funny, and Light Roast. You can preview the look of all six styles on the home page.
Can I ask for changes?
Yes. If a detail is wrong or the tone isn't quite right, message us and we'll revise the poem or design until it feels right.
What is your refund policy?
Because each order is made to order and delivered as digital files, we can't offer change-of-mind refunds once your files are sent. But if something is genuinely wrong with your order, message us and we'll make it right.
